The Warrior Volleyball team came back from Savannah beating both Savannah College of Arts of Design and Embry Riddle advancing them to the National Playoffs preliminary round next Saturday November 22nd. The Warriors ended their conference record 12 – 2 and had an overall record of 27 -9.

Tryouts for AaWamb went very well with over 100 athletes; this is the largest turnout that the club has had in the past three years. Official tryouts for the 15's to 18's will be on November 30th; location and times will be determined by Wednesday 11/26/2008. There will also be pre-club practice/play during this time for the younger groups; gym locations as well as times will be posted by next Wednesday as well. I was hoping to have this done before I left for Nationals but getting ready for this trip has put me a bit behind. It looks like it is going to be an exciting year, please make sure you keep an eye on the website so you do not miss any of these thrilling events. Teams will not be setup until Mid December; this will give us time to host a few pre-club practices and get to know the girls a little better before we place them on teams.

Step 2: Fill out both consent forms listed below and bring them in with a copy of your insurance card.
Step 3: Come in during appropriate tryout date and bring in $20.00 to cover AAU membership and tryout fee. The AAU membership covers your liability insurance for the entire season.
